Role Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Specialist for a full-time on-site position. The role entails managing client relationships for both dealers, end-customers and key accounts, conducting customer visits, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets and KPI’s. You will be responsible for generating leads, delivering presentations to prospective clients, maintaining records of sales activities, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills to establish long-term partnerships in the region he/she is responsible for and requires the ability to report to management.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation to identify potential clients and grow the customer base.
Experience in Sales Operations, including reporting, managing pipelines, and achieving sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales activities and resources.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Welding Engineering.
Deep knowledge and experience in the welding and cutting industry or experience in industrial sales is a strong advantage.
