Internal Sales
In order to strengthen our presence on the Italian market, we are expanding our sales organization by seeking an Internal Sales.
DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will be responsible for the selected existing customer accounts and to develop the sales in cooperation with our dealers operating in B2C market. In addition to the long-term development of the customer relations, new customer accounts acquisition will be part of the job as well. The candidate would successfully reach the targets and goals set for his/her customer segment, in line with the company’s strategy.
In detail:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Sales management and regular interaction with dealers of his/her specific market via calls and/or e-mails, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and increase sales in the area.
- Looking for new sales opportunities through the follow-up of incoming inquiries, calls and e-mails
- Sending offers and promos to customers and follow-up of them until order placement on the E-ordering portal.
- Performing data analysis with BI company tools and filling-out CRM to update customers records.
- Cooperating with other field sales manager in order to have a complete picture of the market.
- Managing Market Place platform.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in industrial companies is preferred
- Strong communication skills oriented towards sales and reaching targets
- Understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to learn technical products
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
- Experience in I.T. based reporting systems (Office/CRM and BI tools)
- Teamwork oriented and setting an example for colleagues of personal attitude, commitment, organizational and selling skills and work habits.
