Trafimet Group S.P.A. is an Italian footprinted international company, owned by Kemppi Oy (Finland), dedicated to innovation and excellence in the welding industry. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICT Specialist with a growth attitude, to join our ICT Core Services team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our international ICT team, focusing on maintaining and supporting ICT systems at our office and factory in Castegnero (Vicenza), Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Monitor, diagnose and resolve ICT system             issues in collaboration with the international ICT team and subcontractors.
• Cybersecurity: Contribute to maintaining robust cybersecurity measures as part         of the ICT team.
• ICT Environment Development and Project Tasks: Participate in the development       of the ICT environment and project-related tasks to enhance our ICT infrastructure.
• Endpoint Management and Installation: Manage and install endpoint devices,             ensuring they are functioning optimally.
• Technical Assistance and Training: Provide technical assistance and training to           ICT users and staff on the operation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure and             applications.
• Documentation: Document and maintain ICT infrastructure policies, procedures,         and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in ICT infrastructure maintenance.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a       related field.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying work hours, depending on specific needs of         the business, to ensure business continuity. Ability to discuss both with blue                 collars and C-suite managers.
• Stress Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Teamwork Skills: Strong ability to work within an international team.
• Collaboration skills: Capability to cooperate with business stakeholders and                 service providers

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Technologies: Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and other Azure             services.
• Cloud Operations: Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure and AWS is         plus
• Networking Skills: Competence in networking concepts and technologies.
• Project Management: Experience in handling ICT projects, especially those                   involving a mix of internal/external stakeholders.
• Virtualization: Experience with virtualized server environments
• Migration Experience: Previous experience in migration projects is a plus.
