The candidate will contribute to create and develop new products and/or modify and adapt existing ones, with the aim of being attractive for current and future market, finding the right balance between the customer's needs and the production (costs, material and production times ).

He/ She will make appropriate changes in line with company requests, easy to understand and to put in place, in order to simplify the related production, reporting to the Head of R&D.

In details:

RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS

• Development of innovative and efficient products according to product standards,       from the feasibility study, to design, prototyping, search for materials, ideation and       implementation of the tests, until the production of the same.

• Maintenance of the quality of the products.

• Creation of the technical documentation of product, manuals, drawings, spare               parts lists.

• Products technical training to marketing, industrialization and production.

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Mechanical Degree or similar studies and minumun two years of experience in               similar field

• Good level of English (minimum B2 level) in writing, comprension and speaking.

• Good knowledge of software CAD 3D Solid works

• Curiosity and innovating attidude in mechanical field, proactivity in new production       process

• Good communication, relational and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in team

• Problem solving and critical thinking
